I am a local resident and long-time supporter of community development initiatives, and I am writing to urge our local zoning board, planning commission, and city officials to approve the rezoning and development of the Atlantic Fields area to allow for the construction of Costco and Target retail stores. The proposed development site at Atlantic Fields is strategically located, providing easy accessibility to not only residents but also to surrounding communities, making it a prime choice for such key retailers.
