As a devoted animal lover, I am deeply disturbed and appalled by the actions of Patrick Lim from Express Pet Cremation, a company faced with multiple complaints of unscrupulous practices since 2016.  Pets are cherished members of our families and deserve dignity and respect even after death. Unfortunately, it appears that Patrick Lim has violated this trust in the most egregious manner.

One of the most heartbreaking incidents occurred on July 19, 2026, when a distraught dog owner, Mr. Liu, reached out to Express Pet Cremation to give his beloved 16-year-old dachshund, Kimi, a dignified farewell through cremation. Mr. Liu paid $180 for this service, but tragically, Kimi's remains were reportedly dumped in a large dumpster.

This is not an isolated case. There have been numerous complaints about Patrick Lim's unethical actions, which suggest a persistent pattern of dishonesty and deception. For years, unsuspecting pet owners have trusted Express Pet Cremation to handle their pets' remains with care, only to be met with grief and betrayal when they discover what has been done.

Animal cremation is a serious responsibility, and it requires accountability from those who provide this service. Allowing Patrick Lim to continue his practice undermines the genuine, heartfelt process that so many pet owners rely on during times of loss. It is imperative that the authorities act now to revoke the license of Patrick Lim and thus, prevent further harm to grieving pet owners.
