Today we were informed of a severe data breach. Consequently, we are formally petitioning Meta (Instagram) and  YouTube to remove her content under the Online Safety Bill 2022. Her communications are intended to cause psychological harm, amounting to serious distress for the recipients through naming and shaming. These include harmful communications sent without a reasonable excuse, such as intentionally posting incorrect pictures and sharing inaccurate information about individuals. Additionally, she repeatedly labels people as paedophiles and rapists without evidence or victims, intending to cause emotional, psychological, or physical harm to said people.

Denise's continued efforts are dangerous and out of control. She has no regard for the safety of anyone she calls out, neither for the alleged victims themselves nor the family of the alleged abusers. She will verbally attack their family members, including their partners and children. This is a safeguarding issue for the whole community.

Denise falls into the same category as individuals like Tommy Robinson and Andrew Tate, both of whom have had their social media channels removed due to the malicious and hateful nature of their content. Given the ongoing civil and criminal investigations involving Denise, her content should not be permitted on social media platforms.
