I wish to know how to overcome the implementation of the ban which the central government had implemented on the rottweiler breed of dogs (amongst 22 other breeds of dogs as well) (BREEDING & SELLING). i am furnishing the complete details of the Govt Order for the group below, I am attaching the Copy of the Government Order as attachment to this post as well. I would further like to request all the honourable members to go through the complete post and Government Orders, so that things would be understood in it merrit and seriousness.. I would appreciate all the honourable members to initiate positive discussions under the comment section of this post than being wayward and layman as "this is what it is", its the Government Order of the Central Govt of India and it is real than we reckon this as hoax  and/or unreal or a creation of media.. instead triggering unwanted/layman thoughts and discussions please bring your thoughts and recommendations for how to overcome this situation as we all know how important is the Most formidable, fearless, royal and loyal, brave, trustworthy, playful companions our Rottweiler Dogs are to us...

As being a dog man, this former Military Soldier had the privilege and blessings of the Almighty to raise three of them (two of them gone to the rainbow bridge where im sure are running free and wild... (rip bolt, rip edge ��) though the third one is here wery much with me (paraman) and I know these Gentle Giants are our "SWORDS and SHIELDS"

though (the expert committee  which was constituted by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying under the Chairmanship of the hon Commissioner of Department of Animal Husbandry, with members from the various stake holder organisations and experts identified 23 dog breeds (which unfortunately includes Rottweiler Breed  of Dogs) and Every dog of the type commonly known as a ‘Ban Dog’ as FEROCIOUS which are DANGEROUS for the HUMAN LIFE...

though the committee had recommended the below mentioned  23 breeds of dogs (including the Rottweiler Breed of Dogs) and Every dog of the type commonly known as a ‘Ban Dog’ and  cross breeds shall be prohibited for import/breeding/selling as pet dogs and other purposes... 

The Honourable  Joint Secretary, Govt of India, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Krishi Bhawan New Delhi, Dr OP Chaudhary asks all the Chief Secretaries of all the States and Union Territories  through the Government of India Order, bearing Machine Number : v-11/1/2024-Anim_Dadf (Computer No 27604) 200680/2024/ADMIN_1-DADF requested all the local bodies, department of animal husbandry shal not issue any licenses or permit for SALE , BREEDING OF DOGS as mentioned above and keeping of these dog breeds and shall be banned. The local bodies may also issue necessary implementation guidelines in this regard, However, the dogs which have already kept as pet shall be sterilized so that further breeding may not happen.
