Revoke Mike Pilavachi's MBE out of respect for his victims

Revoke Mike Pilavachi's MBE out of respect for his victims
The Issue
Abuse in all its forms must be addressed by the church and those who have been proven to abuse others should not keep honours that allow them to be trusted in the future. Mike Pilavachi, founder and leader of Soul Survivor, has provably abused many with over 150 people claiming to be directly impacted by Mike's behaviour over the course of more than two decades.
This petition seeks to revoke the MBE awarded to Mike Pilavachi, a recognition that seems utterly inappropriate given his actions. The honour bestowed upon him by Her Majesty's Government should not be held by someone who has caused such harm and distress to so many people.
The church must learn from Soul Survivor and the culture that enabled Mike to continue his abuse for so long. It is essential that we hold individuals accountable for their actions, especially when they exploit their positions of authority to cause harm.
By signing this petition, you are standing up against abuse in all its forms and sending a clear message that such behaviour will not be tolerated or honoured. Please sign this petition today and help us revoke Mike Pilavachi's MBE as an important step towards justice for his victims.
