October 15, 2022 BC had an election for local city mayors and council that would render NEW Civil and Municipal workers on a 4 year term. 

The main reason for elections are supposed to create "NEW " Ideas, Policies and Improve the efficiency of how a city operates.

Unfortunately, Nanaimo has had a conflict of interest, in which the Mayor that was running for the 2018 to 2022  four year term, had been re elected back into the mayor position, of which is very controversial, considering Mayor Krog and Council are not efficient or effective in achieving and accomplishing goals that were set during the four year term.

Why would anyone want to revote reelect a useless Mayor and Council?

One reason why Mr. Krog was re elected back for another four years... the only excuse that is circulating right now was The Poor Selection of 4 runners up for Mayor which included Krog...

The other reason was that Nanaimoites  were afraid of the outcome for a New Mayor!  "Fear of Change"

Meanwhile, 29 openings were created for city council. That itself is enough to raise huge suspicion. 

putting indifferences aside, We need to have Mr.Krog prove to the voters he will be true to his word and work harder, to make the necessary improvements required to make the City of Nanaimo Efficiently & Effectively. If he refuses we need to remove him from office. Revoke his Mayoral Status.
