The leader of Destiny Church, Brian Tamaki, Man Up Charity and The Hounds Charity which are subsidiaries of Destiny Church have been openly inciting hate crimes through his sermons and rhetoric against Transgender Women and the LGBTQIA community at large. This behavior is inconsistent with the requirements for maintaining Charitable Status. It's not just misinformation; it's harmful propaganda that severely impacts an already heavily marginalized minority group and society.

Charitable organizations must meet certain standards including benefiting the community or public as a whole (Charities Act 2005). However, spreading hatred towards any group does not align with these standards.

It’s time we take a stand against such misuse of power and privilege granted by Charitable Status and have it removed.
