My conservator is my sister and she has conservatorship over me which has gone terribly wrong when she got this conservatorship my sister and her husband immediately disconnected my TV my house phone and my cell phone she has taken mail out of my mailbox which is a federal offense she did not account from my money there is some of it that's missing and unaccounted for they have verbally abused me and my sister Joanne when she was living push me in a room and closed and locked the door so I couldn't get out you pushed me and shove me she's she has screamed and yelled at me and Joanne and we will Witnesses to her saying she didn't want the conservatorship Joanne and I were Witnesses to her throwing our groceries back on the Shelf after we put them in the basket this is not what conservatives are supposed to do and she does not pay my bills her name is Carol King she is the conservative she doesn't pay my bills I can't watch TV I can't use my telephone I can't use my cell phone I can't use my computer because it has to be replaced she would not let us get what we wanted and which social security said we were allowed to get whatever we wanted she take it out of my hands and put it back she take my mail out of my mailbox she took my refund check that I had gotten all about a year so ago she's trying to take my house and my property the conservator and her husband needed us one acre of their property to build our house on after Hurricane Katrina they do not own this property anymore I own it and I live in this house that my mother my sister and I saved up enough money to build they're not getting my house or my property Social Security said that this conservatorship has got to go is going too terribly wrong and I don't want to be a victim I have read all about conservative ship in my phone and it's pretty terrible people get mistreated by conservators no one under a conservative deserves to be mistreated no one I would like to get a petition going I got to go to court July 27th this month and I need to do something that will help me to win because she had all the lawyers not help me I don't have any representation I got to go to court on the 27th of this month I got to represent myself I would really like to get a petition going for the court if you can send me a copy of the Court petition I will sign it I will take it with me to court and present it to the judge
