Donovan Harris 27 was already out on Bond for Aggravated Assault of a Family Member with a Deadly Weapon when he was intoxicated and speeding 70mph in a 35mph zone. I witnessed him plow into my best friend/ sister of 20+ years Ann 48 and her husband Sederick Barrett 53. Both of them died on impact. Ann's children were subjected to seeing their mother's dismembered body when witnessed videoed it and posted her on Instagram. They are also unable to view her last time, because she is unrecognizable. He took 2 lives. He does not deserve to have Bond.
