Star Wars Hunters, despite accumulating a large, devoted fandom, is facing closure on October 1st, 2025. This development leaves countless fans, who found a unique gaming experience in this platform, disappointed and outraged. The blame has often been placed on the lackluster marketing of Zynga, hindering the game from reaching its full potential. Fans, like the one who's started this petition, believe that the game had more to offer, which could have been realized by expanding its availability to PS5, Xbox, and PC platforms too. This lack of foresight and multiple missteps have led to the early demise of what was a promising game. Therefore, we seek to petition Zynga to reconsider its move to shut down Star Wars Hunters. The game could be given a second chance by enhancing the marketing strategy and expanding the platforms on which it's available. This could not only bring back the game to the existing fans but might even open opportunities to garner a more substantial player base. Let's unite and raise our voices for Star Wars Hunters. What Disney can do:

Disney can do what Zynga failed to do, by purchasing the game and taking it out of Zynga’s hands. Zynga is the one cancelling the game, when it is very obvious what the problems are. If Disney purchases the game, I believe not only will they be able to provide support for the game, but introduce more fans into this beloved world, and Disney is a large reason for Marvel Rivals’ success.

If the game is to be cancelled, I would hope that Zynga would at least send out the source code (game blueprints).
