Why does every show have to appeal to an 18-25 male audience? 

I am an ardent fan of the show "Julia", which has been a source of comfort and inspiration to me.  Julia Child was an extraordinary woman and her story as retold by HBO contains a subtle balance of early 1960s expectations and viewpoints she faced.  The well drawn character is rare among tv shows, and just like Julia Child was thought of as a friend by her 1960s viewers, so the actress playing Julia feels like a friend to modern viewers. The cancellation of this show after only two seasons has left many viewers like myself feeling lost and disappointed. This series, with its unique storytelling and captivating performances, has garnered a dedicated fanbase who eagerly await its return.

"Julia" is not just another television series; it is a beacon of hope for many who find solace in its narrative. It's disheartening to see such a beloved show being discontinued prematurely. According to Nielsen ratings, the second season had an average viewership that was higher than several other shows that were renewed (source: Nielsen Media Research).

We believe that by bringing back "Julia" for another season, HBO Max will not only be respecting the wishes of thousands of fans but also investing in quality content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
