I am writing this petition to bring attention to the urgent need for upgrades to the Ruben Campos Community Center and Park in the City of San Bernardino. As a resident of San Bernardino, I have personally witnessed the decline of this once vibrant community space. According to recent reports from local authorities, crime rates within or near homeless encampments are significantly higher compared to other areas in San Bernardino. This poses serious concerns regarding public safety and discourages families from utilizing this valuable community resource.

To restore Ruben Campos Community Center and Park as a safe space where everyone can thrive together again, we urge city officials to take immediate action by:
