Revise the AKC RACH Requirements

Revise the AKC RACH Requirements
The Issue
The AKC has announced new Rally program enhancements that introduce the long awaited Rally Championship (RACH). No formal advisory committee process was followed nor was a feedback period provided for Rally exhibitors. The RACH title's point requirements are estimated to cost exhibitors $8,000* in entry fees. We are asking for an immediate revision of the RACH point schedule and eliminating or reducing the triple qualifying score requirement.
**{the following calculations assume 1 point in Excellent and/or Masters per entry} at current fees, the required 20 triple Q's are $1360 ($28+$20+$20 = $68 x 20 =$1360). Assuming earning 20 points from Masters, another 180 points are required from that class. Assuming also 20 points from Excellent while doing your triple Q's, you can now earn a max of another 80 from that class. 80 double entries (80 x $48= $3840). Now you just need 100 more points from Masters, (100 x $28 = $2800). Total: ($1360 + $3840 + $2800 = $8000)
