My experience with the TikTok account "Check the Star"  aka Miguel Garcia has raised significant concerns about the monetization practices and livestream conduct that I believe warrant formal review. During numerous livestream sessions, I observed that viewers were directed to send payments through private platforms like Cash App and PayPal while participating in spin-to-win games, auctions, and promotional drawings. These activities involved monetary transactions under the guise of potentially winning items or receiving promised goods, but the fairness and transparency of these dealings remain questionable.

Documented evidence, including screenshots and video captures, confirm these activities. There have been multiple reports from viewers expressing dissatisfaction and suspicion, questioning the legitimacy and ethical standing of these practices. 

Additionally, several former supporters report experiencing negative treatment after raising concerns or discontinuing financial support. This includes:

• Public discussion of private transactions during livestreams

• Being singled out after requesting refunds due to not receiving item as promised.

• Being harassed or blocked after questioning transactions. BULLIED in other Creators Lives

• Statements that encouraged hostility toward former supporters

This petition does not seek retaliation or harassment. It requests transparency, accountability, and platform-level review.

Supporters should be able to participate in livestreams without fear of financial loss or public targeting when raising concerns.
