Christopher Dean Beatty, a hardworking father of 5 ,has been a law abiding citizen of Uhrichsville, Ohio for over 16 years. Christopher has been subjected to what can only be labelled as an act of grave injustice: a 10-15 year sentence in prison, for crimes he did not commit. The true perpetrators admitted their guilt, the evidence showed their involvement but they obtained plea deals and reduced sentences in exchange for testifying against Christopher - a glaring miscarriage of justice. 
Evidence showed Christopher never entering the home and evidence showed the true perpetrators involvement and actions . The true perpetrators did not receive harsh punishment.

Respected society members, it's time to awaken, face the reality, and step in to uphold justice. We maintain that Christopher has been wrongfully charged and excessively sentenced by the Tuscarawas County courts, in a system that often give harsher penalties to some over the others due to their last names. This personal story is unfortunately indicative of a larger issue: that of apparent bias and injustice in our judicial system.
