Review and reform UK law and prison sentences.

Review and reform UK law and prison sentences.
The Issue
It seems in some legal cases the criminal gets more thought and care than the victim or the law abiding public in general. It’s time for this to change so I am calling on our government to go to the houses of parliament and urge all MP's to vote for an immediate review and reform of UK law and sentencing!
We need legislation that stops protecting serious offenders human rights - if you breach someone else’s rights you should forfeit your own. This country has a huge problem with sex offenders that needs serious attention! Every prisoner who hasn’t committed a heinous crime should be given the chance of rehabilitation but a serious breach of parole such as reoffending should remove the right to parole indefinitely. For the more serious offenders parole should never be an option.
John Worboy's only serving 8 years for his hideous crimes, Jon Venable's recalled to prison not once but twice and costing a fortune to keep hidden even though he obviously hasn't been rehabilitated, Paul Worthington has faced no charges and received thousands of pounds worth of police protection even though a coroner has said he sexually assaulted his 13 month old daughter?
And in recent years we’ve seen the unnecessary sickening torture and murder of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes and Star Hobson. Uk prisons are bursting at the seams so it’s obvious the current system isn’t fit for purpose.
These are just a few examples of vile predators who deserve severe punishment that current UK law cannot provide - it's time for change!
Parents going under the radar of social services when in danger still years after the baby p case is abhorrent - the law should be there to protect children and support social services to help them remove children from danger.
Stalking Escalating to murder yet the police having little power to tackle the stalking. Women being told to use their common sense rather than a focus on capturing depraved sexual criminals before they destroy women’s lives?
Shoplifters allowed to walk in and help themselves to stuff and shop owners powerless to stop them unless they can provide a name? I’m sorry but what? How has this happened?
Sentences less than a year? What good is that when there is a good behaviour clause in prison? Good behaviour keeps you out of prison in the first place! It's time our government toughened up our laws to make the outside world a safer place for all and time we made our prisons somewhere knowone would ever want to end up living! We need a legal system worthy of respect that clearly defines that crime does not pay!
Attacks will have no end if a permanent change isn't made to modernise our legal system and toughen our stance! Criminals should be treated as just that - criminals! Not everyone can be rehabilitated and not everyone deserves that chance!
