Revert CDC Dog Decision

Revert CDC Dog Decision
The Issue
The CDC change to dog importation requirements is detrimental to dog populations within countries that have a majority of dogs adopted in the United States. Countries within the Caribbean, East Asia, Mexico and many others rely on adopters and fosters within the United States to help mitigate populations of stray animals including dogs. Without the ability to fly puppies under the age of 6 months, many of these dogs will have to remain in the places they are because of weight limit restrictions on commercial flights. Rabies free countries should not have to suffer from the changes to this policy. Many honorable individuals donate their lives to help stray puppies and other street dogs find a better life. Please consider helping these dogs by signing this petition to voice your and many others concerns about the unfortunate change to the CDC importation requirements.
