I support the Buffalo School District’s decision to appeal, New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHAA) and SECTION VI’s order requiring Bennett Football team to forfeit all prior games because of a clerical and procedural error in not submitting a transfer paperwork for a Bennett Student Athlete, who otherwise is eligible to participate.

In addition: “I Petition the District in its effort to file a Division of Human Rights
complaint against NYSPHAA and SECTION VI for its lack of diversity in Executive decisions and disparate discriminatory practices against student athletes of
color.”
