1. Financial Hardship: Numerous retired homeowners living on fixed incomes are struggling to make ends meet due to increased HOA fees. These additional charges create a significant burden that affects their quality of life.
2. Unreasonable Lawyer Fees: The excessive legal expenses incurred by Poinciana Village HOA further exacerbate the financial strain on its residents. These high lawyer fees only serve to benefit a select few while disregarding the well-being of the community as a whole.
3. Inadequate Payment Processing: Several instances have been reported where payments made towards HOA fees were either lost or not entered into the system promptly due to poor office management practices. This negligence causes undue stress for homeowners who diligently fulfill their obligations but face repercussions nonetheless.
We believe it is crucial for Poinciana Village HOA to reconsider its decision regarding these unfair fees and take immediate action towards rectifying this situation. Our proposed solutions include:
4. Reversing Cable/Internet Package Mandate: Allow residents the freedom to choose whether they wish to subscribe to Spectrum's services, rather than imposing it as a mandatory expense.
