Reepham High School and College is a place where its incredible staff go out of their way to nurture futures and create lasting memories for our children. It's a place where genuine care and dedication are integral parts of teaching, where staff show exceptional consistency, communication, and make learning fun. Unjustly, the MAT in charge of RHSC, Synergy Education Trust (SET), have decided to cut almost a quarter of this dedicated team—25 jobs. As a result our children's education will suffer - there will be a number of excellent staff leave, class sizes are likely to increase, and the quality of education will be negatively impacted. 

At a time when we should be investing more in education to help our children cope with the pandemic's effects, this decision is a step in the wrong direction. 

We call upon the Synergy Education Trust and key decision-makers to reverse this decision and prevent the job cuts at Reepham High School and College.
