The Eanes ISD School Board's decision to remove his counseling position threatens the very fabric of our community and the successful operation of the TLC program.

Mr. Rowland is not just a counselor; he is a mentor and a friend to whom students could turn in their hour of need. His contributions extend far beyond the confines of his job description, impacting students' academic performance and emotional well-being. Statistics consistently show that support systems like the one Mr. Rowland provides are crucial for student success.
