Update: The district still has not given evidence to substantiate their position that earlier start times are better for our children. They have not addressed our concerns that research outcomes show this transition is actually harmful for small children. What proof of benefit, cost or otherwise, supports this disruption to an already thriving campus? 

Aligning with other district elementary schedules, merely for the sake of aligning, does not justify the risk.
