An update from Premier Susan Holt

Hello everyone happy Saturday !

I received a message from Premier Susan Holt today on my Facebook post. Please see below.

“Our government has not cut funding for dialysis drugs. I have asked the RHAs to explain to what has happened and fix it.”  

This is a very positive update and I’m looking forward to hearing from our RHA’s (Regional health Authority) and receive an explanation on how this is going to go going forward and to reassure us that there will be no cuts to our drugs.

I think it’s great that we brought attention to this issue that was not articulated properly to the patients and caused unnecessary stress and panic.

Thank you to premier Susan Holt for quickly, addressing our concerns and reassuring us that funding will not be cut. 

I guess we will wait and see what happens going forward and keep our petition active and gather more signatures to show the support we have for our cause.
