So after three years Of waiting for justice to hear us; John gets his appeal using a public defender. Without seeing any of the evidence that defends John in the bogus case which was never presented at the original trial he gets denied. Now another attorney wants $30,000 to appeal the denial. The first attorney Jose Baez law firm in Florida took everything I own, and sent in a substitute to defend my son. Baez took my life insurance, 403 b, savings, and I took some loans too, To pay him. And the attorney he sent did nothing. Now I have to come up with this money and my son is innocently jailed. My grandchildren don’t know who I am and he has not seen his children for 3 years. John is presently in a faith base camp working in the library studying and doing very well considering where he is however, he has never been in trouble before is missing his children’s lives and if this sentence stands I will never see my son and grandchildren again because he will be my age when he gets home and I will be long gone. I’m putting off two seriously needed surgeries while on disability in order to try and help John come home please help me.
