Over the past 60 years, Tony and Sue have crafted a beautiful love story. They met, fell in love, and got married - a marriage that has happily lasted 58 years. Just like in any good story, they've had their ups and downs, but through it all, their love for each other remained an unbreakable bond. Recently, Tony and Sue have been separated due to unforeseen circumstances thelocal social services took sue into local care home the reason was tony her husband shouted At sue which he deaply regrets he visits his wife everyday and as done for over 3 months on his mobility scooter where they sit and hold hands and sing songs that help susans alzimers condition we used to live in a alzimers sheltered home together but we now live apart but the social services  won't jet us live together they think tony is a danger to but he just want to care for her.if your mum and dad live together happily for 58 years would you be happy contributing to them being parted, especially when she  is begging the staff in the home to let her return to her husband that she loves I have been fighting for sue to return home for 3 months using various agencys they express sympathy but no concrete help I have so far £4000 I legal fees and I'm willing to pay a lot more ,money is no good to you if you are without the woman you love,I am not allowed to take sue out of the home according to the staff for a meal or trip to seaside or a holiday I have asked them to put reason why in writing but they refuse,criminals in prison have got more rights than sue or me,I would like to see Sue more than a hour aday but the home won't let me.if I being accused of committing a crime let me defend myself in court I know I have never jaid a finger on sue I love her to much to hurt her,the home is having a party for the residents on Sunday  but onthe orders of the manager i was banned  and not given a reason why they treat me and sue likeS==T I don't know I am going send this petition to a lot of peaple ifeany of them know our them know our children tracey  and kathy to asked them have you ever seen your dad hit your mum if the answer is no why are they keeping us apart
