The Issue

My 29-year-old son Quan with cerebal palsy is my world, and I'm his. His entire life, he has been surrounded by family who love and understand him like no other. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to temporarily part ways. Our landlord sold our property, and as we searched for housing, Quan was placed in a supportive living home far away from Clinton, NC. This was meant to be a temporary solution until I could find a new home for us.

I'm thrilled to share that I have secured housing, and I'm more than ready to bring my son back to where he belongs - with me, his family, his heart. Quan has faced many challenges in life, and through every hurdle, I've been right beside him. Nobody knows him, his needs, or his heart like I do. He's miles away, and each moment apart is a moment too long. He deserves to be surrounded by the love and familiarity that only a mother can provide.

Quan isn't just a son; he's a cherished member of our community. His absence is felt not just by me but by everyone in Clinton who knows him and misses his presence. We've had many wonderful people support us along the way, yet it's crucial that Quan returns to the environment where he is most understood and loved.

Please join me in calling on the local authorities and relevant organizations to help reunite me with my son. His home is here, in Clinton, NC, and it's time for Quan to return where he truly belongs—with his family. Your signature can make all the difference in restoring our family unit and bringing Quan back to his loving home. Please sign this petition to help bring my son home. Thanks in advance ! Just to let everyone know it's not Sampson DSS it's who they contracted with out of Raleigh. #BRINGQUANHOME
