We are in support of the Reunification of Joseph Grendel and his dog Kayser. 

We are opposing the HSOP to keep Joseph Grendel’s dog, Kayser, without justification on said matter. Must show proof of allegations on grounds of why HSOP has seized the animal and/or not allowing Mr. Grendel to take back possession of said animal.
