I’m writing this petition steeped in love and distress, because this matter hits deeply close to my heart. My dogs respectively, are not just pets - they are my children. Their presence in my life signifies love, comfort, and companionship that I hold dear. The sad part is, my dogs have been taken away from me, forcefully, owing to accusations that are broadly vague and unproven.

In the U.S. alone, tens of thousands of dogs are seized each year over various allegations, of which many are found to be unfairly accused (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 2021). Just like many of these dogs, my dogs have fallen victim to this flawed system. However, I firmly believe in their innocence.

I am fighting for their return because it's not only about the bond we share but also about justice. The lack of thorough investigation before seizure and the baseless allegations are a disservice to animals and their owners alike.
