We, the undersigned aviation and homebuilt aircraft community members, petition the EAA AirVenture Museum appoint the Rutan Aircraft Flying Experience (RAFE) as caretakers for the Grizzly (and possibly other Rutan designs in the museum's collection), to perform an airworthiness assessment of N80RA and determine what would be required to safely return it to flight.
