Petition updateReturn the money owed me before I dieFinally! Some Progress

On Friday, I received this email from Mark Farouk, one of the California State Assembly attorneys who is trying to help me get my money from Wells Fargo. Evidently, bringing the Attorney General's Office into the mix last week (last update), may have been just the incentive Wells Fargo needed to start cooperating. Nobody from Wright, Findlay and Zak has contacted me yet, and although this news is encouraging, I don't have my money yet, which is why it is so very important to keep this petition going and gather as many signatures as possible. Wells Fargo might follow through this time, but they've made these promises before and failed to follow through. The fact that it has taken more than 4-months to get this far, and that it had to go all the way to the Attorney General's Office before they agreed to cooperate, demonstrates Wells Fargo's preference for violating Federal law, until they are forced to comply. I was fortunate enough to find the right people to help me, but it's not over yet. Please continue to sign and share this petition with as many people as you can, so that other victims of this Wells Fargo / Cal-Western Reconveyance foreclosure fraud won't have to go through what I've been through. Thanks for all your support. While I pray that this nightmare is finally coming to an end for me, it's only beginning for countless others that Wells Fargo has taken advantage of.
