Paco is more than just a pet; he's a family member and an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) who has been unjustly separated from his loving home. He was adopted from an animal shelter and became part of my sister's family in December of 2019. After being hit by a car in 2022, we never gave up on him. We supported him through his recovery after leg amputation surgery and helped him adjust to life as a tripod.

Ashley Rinehart of Project Humane Polo has kept Paco away from us without any valid reason. This separation is not only causing emotional distress to us but, also, to Paco who misses his home.

Paco's story is one of resilience and love; it's about how he overcame adversity with the help of his dedicated family. Paco has touched many hearts through Praying for Paco. As an ESA cat, he provides emotional support, which is crucial for my sister's mental health. He is, also, adored by my nephews who miss him terribly.

We believe that every animal deserves love and care from their families. It's time for us to raise our voices for Paco, so that he can return home where he belongs.

This petition aims at gathering support from all those who believe in justice for pets like Paco. Let’s show Ashley Rinehart that we stand together against this injustice done towards an innocent animal who just wants to be with his family.
