Thank you for signing the petition to return ongoing professional training for actors to The Actors Centre.

Since the petition began in 2022, Actor at the Centre and Equity have been campaigning to restore professional affordable/accessible training and our community back to 1A Tower Street. During this time, we have raised the profile of the campaign with articles and interviews in The Stage, BBC Radio and The Guardian and engaged with the Charity Commission who have said they will remind Seven Dials Playhouse of their charitable objectives. However, we feel that the Charity Commission needs to take further action now to properly address our concerns. 

The current questionable business model and the CEO and Trustees failure to engage/listen, continues to raise serious concerns over the potential loss of the building at 1A Tower Street.

HOW CAN YOU HELP SAVE THE ACTORS CENTRE?

Attend a meeting on Monday 22nd April 2024 at 7pm at The Old Diorama, London NW1 3FE (3 mins walk from Warren Street Tune) or on Zoom. Actor at the Centre, and Equity North and South London Branches unite to address The Future of 1A Tower Street (formerly known as The Actors Centre).
