In an already struggling group's case, 25 or 50 cents is nothing to toss around. We have the dollar to represent ONE coin of silver (see Schlickenthaler in dictionary). Since Dollar Tree sells out of their bulk purchases, there is NO reason to try increasing the price. We stand against the price increase. This symbol of inflation, recently announced, is greedy. We know better and demand that dollar tree stay at ONE DOLLAR. Also I have been told by several employees they are sorry, but even they cannot get into contact with corporate/ higher ups for store issues. There are obvious issues with moral, and technical support for employees, and a disregard for the absolute hellish feeling and anxiety of poverty.

To DollarTree Corporate:

Please be kinder. Spend a week naked and afraid, with a tiny budget, starting from nothing, for simulation, if you cannot find compassion. I know it seemed sketchy to intentionally drive inflation and degrade the Schlickenthaler concept of one for one, rest uneasily, it truly was!

Keeping Dollar Tree at ONE DOLLAR represents an agreement that corporations aren't going to cut holes in our wallets and claim inflation. We must begin price-capping the cost of living and it starts with the DOLLAR.
