I, like many others, chose Degree Cool Rush because its authentic, fresh scent was a big part of my daily routine. However, Degree decided to change the scent, turning it into what can only be described as a disturbing resemblance to a Lysol pine tree. The new scent is too harsh, completely abandoning the pleasant and refreshing vibe provided by the old Cool Rush scent.

The original Cool Rush scent was admired by millions of consumers, and it seems unwise to abandon a successful product no apparent reason. It's disheartening to see such a drastic change in a favorite product without considerable customer HAP (Harmonized Assessment Program) tests to ensure customer satisfaction.

We understand that companies refine their products over time, but when these changes isolate loyal customers, it begs the question, 'has progress been made?'
