The Premier continues to allow Transport for NSW to occupy iconic foreshore land

The Premier continues to allow Transport for NSW to occupy and degrade one of Sydney's most iconic foreshore parks.

Bradfield Park South was never intended to become a long-term construction depot. It is public land, and it should be returned to the public.

For five years, the Premier has allowed Transport for NSW to operate what was described as a "temporary" work compound—with no end date, no transparent approval process and no clear plan to restore the park.

Five years is not temporary. It's the effective privatisation of public space for government convenience.

If a private developer occupied public parkland like this, the government would shut it down immediately.

We're calling on the Premier to act: remove the compound, restore Bradfield Park South, and return this iconic public space to the community.
