Retrial For Lucy Letby: With full disclosure of nursing rosters for omitted 15 infants

Retrial For Lucy Letby: With full disclosure of nursing rosters for omitted 15 infants
The Issue
The evidence given in the Letby trial was insufficient. It presented 17 infants as "all" the victims, when the true number was almost double that.
FOI reports and the early coverage on the Nursing Times shows clearly that, for the event of 2015-16 alone, there were 17 deaths, not 7, and 32 infants overall.
A retrial should be ordered showing the original data, plus all the other deaths/collapses with full nursing/doctor rosters; regardless of whether Lucy was on duty or not, and regardless of whether 3rd party witnesses have defined the deaths/collapses as suspicious or otherwise.
It is also pertinent that a statistical analyst should be called, along with specialist medical witnesses for both sides including, but not limited to, 2 neonatologists, 2 haematologists, 2 pulmonologists and 2 medical microbiologists, and an assured neutral party with historical experience of air embolism.
