Let me introduce myself... my name is Todd Woessner.
I'm a combat veteran of the Iraq War. I work in the maintenance department at the Richmond Dept. of Veterans Affairs.

One day, on a routine service call to the third floor, I witnessed something that haunts me every night when I sleep: a harvested dog heart floating in a bowl of blood.
It’s tough to see these trusting lab puppies in agony.
She had no name... just a government I.D. tattooed in her floppy ear.
She had no home... just a small cage in a government basement.
She had no family... just the taxpayer-funded bureaucrats who forced her to run on a treadmill until she collapsed.

Trust me, I knew the risks of blowing the whistle. The VA is well-known for its heavy-handed retaliation against whistleblowers.
