But other government labs - including USDA’s "Kitten Slaughterhouse” - still kills and incinerates adoptable kittens.

It refuses to adopt out the survivors. So we have to make them.

These are your kittens and puppies. Your taxes paid for them. They belong to you!

Please urge Congress to make USDA and other federal agencies follow the VA’s lead.
