Attend the Town Council meeting on November 12th - Status Below-

Planning Board meeting occurred on Monday night, 11/4.  

Planning Board listened to a brief presentation by Topology.

There was one question by one member of the Planning Board.

Westfield Advocates identified all of the inconsistencies with the master plan both in writing and during public comment period:  all public comments were ignored.

The large upsizing of the development by 16% because the below grade parking garages were relocated above-grade, 65 ft tall, 5 story buildings are egregious.

The sale of public surface parking lots for One large office building and 3 above-grade parking garages should NOT be a part of this project.

Attend the Town Council meeting on November 12th, as the Council rams this through.
