Tomorrow night the Town of Westfield Planning Board will hear the presentation from Topology and possibly Streetworks, on the amended Redevelopment Plan (RDP) and the Concept Plan.

This is a Consistency Review of the RDP with the Town's Master Plan.  We strongly believe this project was not consistent before and it is not consistent now.

• Buildings are still oversized - 65 ft tall and 5 stories.
• The residential and office parking garages are above-grade, no longer below-grade, resulting in a larger above-grade floor area.

If you are concerned with the latest FAST-TRACK changes and RUSHED approval process, please attend this meeting and contact your ward council representative. 

Once the Planning Board  approves, this project moves to the Town Council for Amended Ordinance vote on 11/12/2024.
