Ms. Morgese has been teaching at Heights High School for six (6) years. In fact, Heights was her first school as a Texas Teacher. Ms. Morgese is a wonderful teacher. Not only does she make learning fun, she builds heartfelt relationships with the students plus she has happy parents. During her tenure at Heights, Ms. Morgese coached swimming, sponsored the Heights Astronomy Club and was just getting DECA started. 

We ask that HISD and the administrative staff at Heights High School upholds honor in the value of their good and effective teachers by embracing their talents and paving a clear pathway to success for them. Ms. Morgese is an effective teacher and provides excellent learning opportunities and lessons for all of her students every day. For these reasons, we believe that non renewing Ms. Morgese is not in the best interest of the student body at Heights High School.

We believe that the non-renewal of Ms. Morgese is unjust and unethical; therefore we ask the board to retain Ms. Morgese's position as a CATE teacher for HISD.
