Thank you for signing our petition and for supporting the restoration of the North West Rail Corridor. The campaign has received great coverage in the media so far - with even the Belfast-based newspapers telling us they've been impressed by the level of interest readers have shown in the story. It all highlights how returning rail to Tyrone, Donegal and across Mid & West Ulster is hugely popular with the public.
The first of our roadshow of 5 public meetings on the campaign starts today (MONDAY 7th NOVEMBER) in Derry/Londonderry, and continues over the next 10 days in each of the other key towns along the NW Rail Corridor route. Our sessions this week - in Derry, Omagh & Letterkenny - also have a special guest speaker from the hugely successful Campaign for Borders Rail in Scotland. They will reveal how they got 35 miles of railway line reopened in 2015 in rural Scotland, and pose the question - if it can be done in the Borders region of Scotland, then why not also in the border region of the island of Ireland ?

The events are free and registering for them isn't essential (you can just turn up on the evening) - though it will help us to manage numbers.
