Whereas, The Humboldt Park bathroom located just south of Luis Munoz Marin Drive and just east of Humboldt Boulevard close to the Humboldt Park Basketball Courts has been in disrepair and out of commission for years, causing hardship for many of us who use the park, and

Whereas, We understand that funds have been made available for its renovation,

Therefore, We the undersigned petition the Chicago Park District and the City of Chicago to restore the bathroom to working condition for the enjoyment of WE who use the park.
