I have been a dedicated user of the Real Sports App for years, and like many others, I have built my strategy around the use of swaps to upgrade player cards. This feature allowed us to enhance our experience by earning rax which, in turn, made the whole game significantly more enjoyable and rewarding. Rax became a currency that motivated us to strategize, think ahead, and contribute to a vibrant community of fellow sports enthusiasts.

Unfortunately, the recent update has removed swaps entirely, crippling not only my gameplay but the enjoyment for thousands of other users. This update forces players to navigate painstakingly complex barriers, disproportionately disadvantaging newcomers who are already overwhelmed by the steep learning curve. Experienced players, although able to cope, also feel the sting as our time-tested strategies are rendered obsolete.

The tweaks in the app, meant to "enhance" the experience, effectively "nerved it to the ground". The once inclusive and balanced platform now benefits only those who had amassed rax prior to this change—undermining the camaraderie and fairness that was quintessential to Real Sports.

**What needs to change:** We urge Real Sports to promptly restore the swaps feature. This action would not only revive user interest and satisfaction but potentially increase the app's marketability to new users by making it accessible, stimulating, and fair once more.

**Potential Impact:** Restoring swaps will reopen pathways for creative exploration and success, reigniting our love for the app. Many users could return or increase their activity levels, sharing experiences and strategies, which could further the app's community and growth. We want to see Real Sports continue to succeed, and this change is vital in that endeavor.
