Restore @stylecruze — Meta Wrongfully Disabled 11-Year Verified Fashion Magazine
The Issue
My name is Divyesh Pillarisetty. I am the founder of STYLÉCRUZE® Magazine Inc., a registered Delaware Corporation (EIN: 38-4315081), established in 2016.
On June 4, 2026, Meta permanently disabled my Instagram account @stylecruze without any email notification, warning, or clear explanation. This account represented 11 years of hard work serving 4 lakh global clients.
About @stylecruze: ✅ 11 years of legitimate operation ✅ 6,176 posts ✅ 4 lakh global clients ✅ 250+ NYC Billboards ✅ 2,500+ Publications Globally ✅ First ever violation in 11 years ✅ Delaware registered corporation ✅ IRS tax registered business
What happened: Meta's automated system wrongfully disabled my account by association with a backup account I mistakenly created. Despite clearing all outstanding balances, providing full business documentation, and contacting Meta 7+ times — my account remains disabled.
Impact: $ daily business losses - 4 lakh global clients unable to reach us - 11 years of content and audience destroyed overnight - Magazine operations severely affected
Actions already taken: - FTC Complaint filed: #202620854 - India MEITY Government Complaint: MINIT/E/2026/0005623 - Delaware Attorney General complaint filed - Formal Legal Notice served to Meta - Meta's own Oversight Board cited unfair ban process
We are asking Meta to: 1. Immediately reinstate @stylecruze 2. Restore all content and followers 3. Implement fair appeal process for all creators 4. Stop automated bans without human review 5. Provide proper notification before disabling accounts
This is not just about my account. Millions of creators and businesses are being wrongfully banned by Meta's automated systems globally. We deserve fair treatment and due process.
Please sign and share this petition to help restore @stylecruze and protect all creators from unfair Meta bans.
Thank you 🙏 Divyesh Pillarisetty Founder, STYLÉCRUZE Magazine Inc.
