As a longtime patient at Zen Leaf's Philadelphia and Abington locations, I've had the privilege of experiencing not just top-notch care, but also an environment where security and discretion were prioritized. I’ve grown to love and respect the dedicated employees who work tirelessly to ensure patients like myself receive the best care possible. 
2. One of the most comforting aspects of my visits has always been the robust security and safety systems that were initially in place.
3. Regrettably, recent decisions by VERANO CEO G. ARCHOS  have led to the removal of crucial security measures: window tints, access doors, safety-proof glass, safety doors, and all man-traps at both locations.
4.  This decision has left both the employees and patients vulnerable to potential criminal activities, eroding the sense of security and discretion that we have come to rely on.

In a city like Philadelphia, where safety can be a significant concern, the removal of these security features puts everyone at unnecessary risk. According to recent crime statistics, Philadelphia has seen a concerning rise in criminal activities, underscoring the need for heightened security measures, particularly at facilities like Zen Leaf that handle sensitive products and services.

We implore Verano and its CEO ; to reconsider this decision and reinstate the safety measures that are crucial to the well-being of both employees and patients. 
Protecting the staff and visitors should be a top priority, especially in facilities where discretion and safety play a critical role in patient care.
We urge Verano  to engage with local law enforcement and security experts to institute a safety plan that addresses these vulnerabilities and restores confidence in the facility's security measures.
By doing so, they can ensure that these locations remain a safe and secure environment for everyone involved.
