On August 17th, SadizticKitten’s YouTube channel was abruptly terminated due to an alleged violation of the platform's Community Guidelines.   Her channel not only brings joy and entertainment but also gives her community access to her journeys in gaming as well as bringing her peace of mind.

Following the termination, SadizticKitten promptly submitted an appeal. To her dismay, the appeal was  denied with little explanation. Subsequently, YouTube sent a notice indicating that the violation resulted in merely a warning and that the content in question was to be removed.  However, contrary to the standards laid out by YouTube, this did not lead to the reinstatement of her channel.

Despite countless attempts to reach someone at YouTube beyond its automated systems, all efforts have been met with either silence or responses from artificial intelligence agents, greatly frustrating and discouraging her pursuit of restoration.

In a digital world increasingly governed by algorithms and automated responses, we must ensure that creators have a clear path to resolving issues with human oversight, especially when their livelihoods and mental wellbeing are disrupted. 

Community Guidelines are there to protect users, but when applied unjustly or without proper communication, they can be incredibly damaging.  This is very much the case for Kitten as her YouTube represents peace and grounding in an already chaotic world.  

By signing this petition, you are supporting the call for YouTube to reconsider the case of SadizticKitten and engage in genuine dialogue to address what we believe to be an erroneous termination.  We urge YouTube to provide a  manual review of her channel termination by an actual human and swiftly reinstate it as it was the day it was taken.
