VICTORY STATEMENT: REGULAR VISA PROCESSING OFFICIALLY RESTORED

We are proud to announce a decisive victory: standard consular visa processing has officially reopened across Ghanaian diplomatic missions, and the mandatory reliance on high-cost e-Visas has been removed. 

Following weeks of disruption and our united global petition, our collective voice was heard. Travelers worldwide can now access regular, fair visa services—including standard single- and multiple-entry visas—without being forced into inflated E-VISA fees 

A heartfelt thank you goes to every diaspora member, student, traveler, and ally who signed, shared, and amplified this cause. We also acknowledge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ghana Immigration Service for listening to the public and taking swift action to restore fair, equitable access.

When our community stands together with clarity and purpose, real change happens.
