Title change

Hello everyone. I’ve edited the title on the petition to better reflect the resonant goal of restoring democratic mayoral elections. Unfortunately the city council and current mayor will not consider giving a vote to the people to opt to change the system. Power is being gate-kept.

I believe this petition is important to give the public the choice over their leadership. More democracy is better than less… and especially in this day and age we need more political development at the local level.
