Restore Pakistani constitution and National Assembly and hold Imran Khan responsible
The Issue
Alhamdolillah, a successful verdict for the restoration of the constitution and national assembly has been issued by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. MashaAllah and Alhamdolillah, the rule of law has been upheld and the people of Pakistan have won. A national crisis has been averted and soon the premiere will be held accountable.

Petition statement: There has been absolutely no proof as to the fact that the diplomatic cable/telegram was in any way credible or whether there is any credible threat to PTI government. Furthermore there is no evidence that the members of opposition were in any way, shape or form conspiring of treason. Their reputation was maligned only for the current government's political gain and agenda.
Article 5 of the constitution of Pakistan could not have been invoked in current conditions and further not hearing the no-confidence-motion was also in violation of the rule of law.
The National Assembly could not have been dissolved by Prime Minister Imran Khan when his position was being challenged in the parliament, as was the Speaker of NA who was also challenged in the parliament. Furthermore the Deputy Speaker of NA did not have the authority to dismiss the no-confidence-motion.
Therefore everything that followed was unconstitutional and in blatant violation of the rule of law: from dismissing no-confidence-motion, to using the Speaker's name while dismissing the motion, to Prime Minister dissolving the Assembly, to the President dismissing Prime Minister and calling for a reelection.
This petition is for the upholding of the rule of law and to restore the constitution of Pakistan and subsequent restoration of National Assembly.
